**Life's too short to be unhappy with your Atlas pack. If for any reason you don't love your Atlas Packs, please take advantage of our generous return policy.**  

ONE YEAR THEFT REPLACEMENT

Hate when this happens!  If your camera gear and Atlas Pack are stolen, we are here to help. We will replace your pack at no cost and ship for free no matter where in the world you are.Valid for purchases before of March 1, 2023. A copy of a police report is required.  Offer expires 365days after delivery of pack. Original purchase number required. Purchase must be made on atlaspacks.com.  Purchases made on AMAZON, 3rd party sites and  others do not qualify for this benefit.

**REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: 100 DAYS**

You get 100 days to make sure you love your Atlas Pack.  100 days to return/exchange.  Please know exchanges are limited to items in stock.  To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your pack must be in like new condition when returned. Request must be submitted within 100 days from the date your pack was delivered via chat or email.

**Please know:** We are not able to provide pre-paid labels for returns.  All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer 

A 25% restocking fee will be applied if your pack is not in "like new" condition.

A shipping fee equal to the cost to ship a pack will be applied if your order was shipped free.

Your Atlas Pack comes with a lifetime guarantee. We stand behind our packs and service unconditionally and will repair or replace defective packs at no cost.If you purchased a pack from a third party or are looking to sell your Atlas Pack, please know the warranty will stay with the pack.

  

**USED PACKS: EXCHANGES ONLY**

Atlas Packs does NOT accept returns for refunds on used packs.   
  
We do offer exchanges on used packs on a case-by-case basis based on what items we have in stock.  A 20% restocking fee plus shipping charge will apply.Please contact us using the form on this page for more information.

  

**REPAIRS**

If it's broke lets fix it. Atlas Packs offer free repairs on all packs.Please hit the chat button and let us know what is going on with your pack.  We will get on this right away.
