Hey U.S. and E.U customers. Atlas Packs offers free returns and exchanges. Your pack must be new. Hitting a quick trail for a trial is totally cool. Trekking to that bucketlist waterfall is not.

Your Atlas Pack comes with a lifetime guarantee. We stand behind our packs and service unconditionally and will repair or replace defective packs at no cost.

REFUND POLICY: 60 DAYS


To be eligible for a full refund, your pack must be in like new condition.

Returns for refunds must be submitted within 60 days from the date the pack was delivered.

Please contact us using the form on this page to request a refund. Once approved we will provide a pre-paid FedEx Shipping label. 

After your pack is received and inspected we will issue a refund for your purchase price and shipping (U.S only).  Refunds for International buyers are for the purchase price only and do not include International shipping.   

A 25% restocking fee will be applied if your pack is not in "like new" condition.

EXCHANGE POLICY: 100 days


To be eligible for an exchange, your pack must be in like new condition.

Exchanges can be made up to 100 days from the date your pack was delivered. 

Please contact us using the form on this page to request an exchange.  Once approved we will provide a pre-paid FedEx Shipping label for the exchange.

A replacement pack will be shipped after your original pack has been received and inspected.

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied for packs that are not in "like new" condition.

USED PACKS: EXCHANGES ONLY


Atlas Packs does NOT accept returns for refunds on used packs. 

We do offer exchanges on used packs on a case-by-case basis.  A 20% restocking fee plus shipping charge will apply.

REPAIRS


If it's broke lets fix it. Atlas Packs offer free repairs on all packs.

Please contact us using the form on this page if you are interested in having us repair your pack. 

 

ABANDONED SHIPMENTS

Please do not abandon or refuse shipment on your pack. If you are unable to accept delivery you must contact us using the form on this page immediately. 

Abandoned / refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of all shipping charges (outbound and return).
