In short yes. If you have questions before you purchase and ask a Pro Team member you will be able to save money on the purchase and they will earn a sales commission.
How do I "ask a Pro Team member a question?
Every page has an "ask me" button that links to you the best way to reach the Pro Team member. Generally speaking you will just need to message them on Instagram and say you have some questions and want their Pro Team code.

My code expired, can I get a new code?
Yes for sure. Pro Team members are given new codes every month. If your code has expired, reach back out and ask for the new code. Please note, the deal and discount could very well be different. All offers are subject to change at any time.
Is referral linking the same as the discount code?
No. Affiliate or referral linking does not count towards any deals or discounts. The only way to save on packs is by asking a Pro Team member for their discount code and entering that discount code at checkout.
What if the discount is not working?
Please note that some discounts and deals will conflict and at times not be honored in the cart. Should this happen we will refund any differences on the back-end. Any discounts or deals that combine in such a way to duplicate will be voided post checkout and the difference to be paid before your pack will ship. Hi, I'm @allanhenry, partner and General Manager here at Atlas Packs and a photographer like many of you. For more than a decade I have covered professional sports for as a photojournalist. I am best known for my work with the PGA TOUR. In 2018 I transitioned to shooting on assignment only so I can focus full time on Atlas Packs. ATLAS PACKS SHOP AND RETAIL
Atlas Packs is based out of Phoenix, Arizona. We are a direct-to-consumer company with a design center, warehouse and retail shop. We welcome visitor from all over the world, be it in person or online, and provide a service very different from retail camera bag brands.
WHAT MAKES ATLAS DIFFERENT
- Atlas Packs come fitted based on your measurements and come with proper hiking hip belts.
- Atlas Packs have a sewn-in camera core that separates the bag into a front and back. The front expand out and there is lot of room for non-camera gear. The back is incredibly well padded and secure so you can properly pack heavy camera gear.

How do I join the Pro Team?
First step is to sign-up for the Atlas Packs Ambassador program once you have ordered a pack. From here you will be invited to join the Pro Team based on how you use your pack.
When are Pro Team deals applied?
With Pro Team deals you get to save twice. The first deal is automatically applied at checkout. The second deal is applied post-purchase with the submission of a rebate form.

The requirement is that you provide honest and complete feedback based on your experiences and including one-two photos.
How are rebates applied?
Upon approval the rebate will be issued and you will get back 5% of the cost of a pack issued back to your payment method (ie.. paypal, credit card, etc..)

What if I live outside the USA?
What a great way to get back some of the VAT and DUTY. It's not often you get to save up to 10% on packs!!
