Hi, I’m Niall Featherstone, a photographer based in Christchurch, NZ. Originally from the UK, I’ve always been passionate about capturing the world’s beauty. For me, photography is a way to explore new places and share their unique charm with others.

I especially love shooting during sunsets and sunrises, often trekking out early to reach the perfect spot for that ideal shot. Astrophotography is another passion of mine—I’m eager to explore New Zealand’s dark sky areas to capture the night sky’s wonders. My current location bucket list includes Lake Tekapo, Arrowtown, Milford Sound, Iceland, the Canadian Rockies, and Yosemite National Park.

In addition to landscape photography, I specialise in wedding and boudoir photography. My wedding work focuses on capturing those intimate, fleeting moments of your special day with creativity and emotion. Through my boudoir photography, I provide empowering and luxurious experiences, helping clients feel confident and beautiful.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m hiking, camping, mountain biking, or practising Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. These passions keep me inspired and deeply connected to the natural world.
