Please leave a note at checkout if you MUST have your pack by a specific date. Faster shipping rates can be selected at checkout including NEXT DAY for orders made before 12pm MST. Please note shipping dates may be impacted by the holidays, weather, travel, etc..

Mistakes happen and QA does not inspect every seam and stitch. If there is ever a problem with your Atlas Pack because of a manufacturers defect, just let us know. We offer free repairs or replacements.

When you buy from Atlas Packs you are working with and supporting a small business. Atlas Packs are shipped directly from our HQ in Phoenix, AZ USA. Any Atlas Packs sold via online retailers are drop-shipped and are subject to longer handling times.
Atlas Packs are produced in the Philippines with our long time manufacturing partner Dong-In Entch. Known worldwide for their excellent quality and workmanship, Dong-In produces millions of bags a year for Osprey Arteryx, Yeti, Mystery Ranch, REI and more.
The Philippines also has one of the lowest duty rates when compared with bags made in China and Vietnam.
