Hi there, I’m John Haymore. A photographer with a deep passion for landscapes. Ever since I took my first road trip to Moab over twenty years ago, I’ve been in awe of the magnificent sandstone formations that the Southwest holds. Those encounters with serene locations left me craving for a way to hold on to those memories and preserve the surrounding beauty. I believe in blending conservation with landscape photography to educate and raise preservation awareness through principles of responsible stewardship for our public lands.

From long-haul days canyoneering, to carrying heavy loads of camera equipment, support and carry comfort are essential. Atlas Packs hands down is the most comfortable pack out of the dozens I’ve used over the years. The integrated “origami” organization system along with the moldable dividers, ensure all my equipment stays in place and is protected in those rough situations. Simply put, there’s a place for everything and the workflow is seamless.
