Its versatility, thanks to its single-fold Origami Camera Core, allows me to adapt my luggage to each of my trips. Without being too bulky, the volume it can hold is impressive! Simply incredible product, quality and company. Allan was great to work with. I only bought a hip belt (for my existing back pack). In terms of the quality.... lets put it this way, my next backpack will definitely be an Atlas.

On a trip I was on a boat and needed access to a handheld wide angled camera and a 200-800 zoom on a second camera. The 200-800 is too heavy for a double strap over several hours. My solution was a gun belt from Kore belts and an Atlas Click QD Camera Clip. I was able to attach the Click clip to my belt and using a ProMediaGear plate on the lens foot was able to hang the camera off my waist. Worked great, I was able to freely move about with the heavy camera fully supported by my waist for 6 hours. Attaching and detaching the Click on my hip worked easily as I moved from wide angle to zoom. Very happy with the Click.

Great bag. The bag survived a challenging trip up Mt Kenya. Conditions were bad and ranged from tropical to glacial. The bag held three lenses, two camera bodies, and heavy day gear including crampons. The bag stayed dry inside without the rain cover in medium to heavy rain and snow. Good as an international carryon too. Adequate camera access for safari and walking safaris too. Sturdy camera area with room for more gear.

To the review, I sadly did not take a lot of photos of the backpack while shooting. But I have attached them here and I can only say that I absolutely love this backpack. I would buy it again and again.

Even for me coming from Germany with paying taxes to get it delivered. It just different to every other camera bag.

I had an old 16mm Camera with 3 lenses with me, an FX3 for backup with 4 lenses and one Nikon F3 for photos. It all fitted easily in the Adventure Pack. I even had it as hand luggage and it was absolutely no problem at all.

I had an opportunity to take my Atlas Pack out on a steep trail and was very impressed by how it felt and performed. My Nikon Z8 with the 180-600 mm lens attached fit well in the large compartment.

I can’t tell you how many backpacks I have sitting around, so when I say this particular pack by atlas is truly amazing it’s from experience. The quality of construction can’t be matched. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness for photographers, especially is truly creative. This is serious pack built with purpose. Great for my Atlas Athlete backpack

I have owned about every kind of camera backpack over the years but the Atlas is by far the best pack I have ever owned. Not only is the pack the absolute best, but the service from Allan at Atlas Packs is top notch. After I received the pack, Allan took an hour on a Zoom call to help me get the pack adjusted and fitting perfectly. Don’t look anywhere else, this is the best camera backpack you will find.

Outdoor recreation like mountain biking, splitboarding and resort riding creates plenty of opportunity for abuse of delicate and expensive photo gear.
