Tim Muangkeo @tim.muangkeo | Atlas Packs Pro Team Ambassador
I was born and raised in the rugged terrain of Alaska, instilling in me a deep love for the outdoors. Later on, I found myself drawn to the Pacific Northwest, settling in Seattle for work. In my free moments, you'll likely find me venturing into the wild, seeking out waterfalls, alpine lakes, and the majestic Cascade Mountains. When the pandemic hit, I felt the urge to acquire a new skill. Given my affinity for the outdoors, I thought, why not photography? The PNW offers an abundance of breathtaking landscapes, and my phone's camera just couldn't capture their true essence. So, I picked up a camera, and from that moment on, there was no turning back. I've often heeded the advice of older generations who emphasize the importance of traveling while you can, for it's a common regret as you grow older. Photography has become my driving force to explore the world, to embrace the unknown, and to immerse myself in diverse cultures. It's opened up a world of opportunities and experiences I cherish deeply.
I own both the Athlete and Adventure Packs. Its versatility is unmatched, seamlessly transitioning between my day job and accommodating my camera equipment. This is especially valuable to me, as I always carry my camera. I appreciate how the Atlas is designed foremost as a camera bag but functions exceptionally as a backpack. Being someone who values minimalism, having both packs perfectly fulfills all my requirements. I can confidently say that I won't be needing another backpack anytime soon!
Hey there! I'm Tim and take photos every now and then. More now than then.
