Click connects directly to the QD socket on these Sony Alpha camera plates and lens feet. I have personally use the 70-200 and 200-600 lens feet and found them to be remarkable and a well worthwhile replacement to the factory feet.
Generally speaking the lens feet are lighter, longer, stronger and include both the QD socket and arca dovetail groves so they are universal in all regards.
