I have always believed that to be successful as a small business and as a direct-to-consumer brand, you have to make listening and learning a top priority. Over time it all adds up. One pack, one customer, one day at a time.

Thank you for your time today. You have now had your Atlas Pack for at least 100 days. My goal with this form is two-fold. To listen and to learn from you have to tell me. And also to be able to share your feedback and photos with others.
